Summary
Dr. Pedley began his career as a member of the Medical School faculty at Stanford from 1975-1978. He then spent a year as a Visiting Research Scholar in London at the Institute of Psychiatry and King’s College Hospital before joining the Faculty of Medicine at Columbia in 1979. He served as First Vice President of the American Neurological Association and is currently on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Neurology. Dr. Pedley has received many honors and awards for his work, and he has been a visiting professor at universities and hospitals throughout the US and in countries around the world.
